DISCOVER HOW WE HAVE EVOLVED OUR COMPANY’S LEGACY

1931

A Legacy That Built a Nation

Since 1931, the Mohammed Binladin Company had been a driving force behind Saudi Arabia’s rise to become one of the top economic leaders in the world. Throughout its century-long history, the company has always set the bar high for excellence in the constitution industry with landmark projects, from the Two Holy Mosques to a vast portfolio of infrastructure projects that were instrumental in the Kingdom’s remarkable growth, to the point where the company became the government of Saudi Arabia’s trusted strategic contractor for large-scale, complex initiatives.

1989

The Foundation of a Legacy

That formidable pedigree entered a new chapter with the establishment of the Saudi Binladin Group (SBG) in 1989, helping the company scale up its portfolio across sectors and territories and become a trendsetter in construction and architectural innovation. Through its execution of landmark developments, SBG not only advanced engineering standards, but also reflected the Kingdom’s rising influence on the global stage.

2019

Expansion & Leadership

Under Binladin International Holding Group (BIHG,) the company’s transformation in 2019 represented a strategic shift that elevated SBG and its subsidiaries into modern, agile, and future-ready enterprises in a rapidly evolving market, and aligning with the goals of Vision 2030. Today, the Group has become a pillar of Saudi Arabia’s construction sector, driving sustainable growth, enabling national transformation, and shaping the future of global infrastructure thanks to a legacy built on excellence, dependability, and reliability.
