He previously served as Chairman and CEO of the Royal Commission for Jubail and Yanbu at ministerial rank, where he led development initiatives in industrial cities on a national scale.

He oversaw such strategic functions as Engineering Services, Project Management, Information Technology, Procurement and Supply Chains, and Digital Transformation. He also served as a senior advisor on environmental and occupational health policy.
