Eng. Waleed Alharthi
Eng. Waleed Alharthi is a distinguished Saudi executive with extensive leadership experience in hospitality, real estate, and large-scale asset management. He currently serves as Chief Executive Officer of Abraj Al Bait Clock Towers, the King Abdulaziz Endowment for the Two Holy Mosques, where he oversees the strategic direction, operational performance, and long-term development of one of the most prominent landmark destinations in the region.
Prior to his current role, Eng. Alharthi held several strategic leadership positions at some of Saudi Arabia’s leading organizations, including SABIC, the National Water Company, and Mobily, where he contributed to major initiatives across operations, transformation, and corporate performance.
With a strong background in managing complex, high-value assets, Eng. Alharthi has successfully led initiatives focused on operational excellence, digital transformation, and guest experience enhancement. His leadership has contributed to strengthening institutional governance, improving service quality, and optimizing financial performance across hospitality and mixed-use developments.
Eng. Alharthi is recognized for his strategic mindset and results-driven approach, combining innovation with disciplined execution to achieve sustainable growth. He is deeply committed to developing national talent and fostering a culture of excellence, collaboration, and accountability.
He holds a bachelor’s degree in Applied Electrical Engineering from King Fahad University of Petroleum and Minerals.
